Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of setting out and levels, manage surveys, and check drawings and quantities. Produce cut and fill reports, take off materials, and coordinate with gangs while liaising with consultants and subcontractors. Oversee QA processes and prioritize work areas using strong project management and analytical skills. Requires a valid right to work, CSCS card, and competence with total stations and GPS. Required Qualifications

- Competent using total stations and GPS
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A commercial understanding of budgets and timelines for projects
- Good communication skills at all levels to enable you to work with clients, construction managers, subcontractors etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of IT knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation
