Job Summary
Groundworks Programme Tutor responsible for managing a caseload of Apprenticeship learners, coaching, mentoring and conducting regular progress reviews to ensure learners achieve their full potential. You will work with learners, employers and colleagues across the East of England, maintain accurate records, use digital systems, and uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards. The role involves travel to various workplaces and contributing to learners' apprenticeship journey with guidance and support from the teaching team.
Required Qualifications
- Groundwork experience essential
- relevant qualification in the field
- previous hands-on industry experience
- assessing experience desirable (not essential)
- strong communication skills
- good IT skills
- ability to travel to workplaces across the East of England
