Groundworks Assistant

Assist experienced engineers with repairs, investigations, excavations, and reinstatement works across Bournemouth and the surrounding area. Work effectively with the team to complete a variety of jobs while communicating proactively with the Field Operations Team at HQ. Learn all aspects of every engineering role, then specialize in one area after a year to aim for a junior engineer position. No prior experience is essential, as we provide all necessary training to become a qualified engineer. You must hold a clear DBS and a valid driving licence. The role offers 42.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday only, with no on-call work and optional weekend overtime at 1.5x rate.
