The Groundup Commercial Superintendent will manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring high standards of safety and quality while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 5+ Years Groundup Commercial Superintendent experience
- Must have good tenure (more than 2+ years per prior company)
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and building codes
- Experience managing commercial projects such as warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, and municipal buildings
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
