Job Summary
Groundsperson performs ground-based vegetation management tasks: clearing brush and trees with handsaws, pole saws, pruners, loppers, and gas-powered chain saws; loads/unloads trucks with logs/debris; uses lines to lower limbs; sets up/takes down road signs; flags traffic; operates trucks/equipment; conducts basic maintenance on vehicles; ensures safety and communicates with crew; willingness to travel for storm restoration and obtain/maintain first-aid/CPR certification. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred and valid Driver's License; background check and drug screen may be required; benefits include health insurance and 401K; this is a full-time role with potential for PTO.

- I-9 compliance and E-Verify participation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Must be able to travel out of town for storm restoration work when needed
