Groundsperson, Tree Care (entry-level) supports tree trimming and removal operations by assisting with ground-level tasks such as clearing brush, chipping branches, and debris disposal. Performs basic operations with powered equipment (woodchippers, trucks, blowers) and uses hand tools (hand saws, pole pruners, rakes, shovels). Maintains PPE compliance, safety standards, and a clean, secure work site; implements traffic/pedestrian control to protect the work zone. Requires ability to lift up to 80 pounds, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and valid driver’s license for fleet operations.
