Job Summary
Maintain playing surfaces and sports ovals (greens, top dressing, fertilising, seeding, turfing, coring, sprigging) and assist in preparing ovals for events and carnivals. Safely operate and maintain small machinery and plant, support equipment/plant maintenance per the grounds and gardens maintenance plan, and assist in ordering materials. Requires Certificate III level qualifications or completion of an apprenticeship. Part-time, permanent role at St Joseph's Primary School, Gayndah, within Brisbane Catholic Education.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications at Certificate III level, or completion of an apprenticeship
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
