Groundsperson - Mt Jackson, VA

Groundsperson supports the crew by performing ground-based vegetation management tasks, including clearing brush and trees from right-of-way, loading/unloading logs and debris, assisting with site cleanup, flagging traffic and setting up road signs, operating trucks or other equipment as assigned, performing basic maintenance on vehicles, and contributing to storm-restoration duties. Requires physical strength and balance to work outdoors in varying weather, ability to hear instructions, and ability to communicate with co-workers. Must obtain/maintain first-aid certification and CPR, wear PPE, and possess a valid driver’s license if driving.
