Job Summary
Cut brush and trees using handsaws, pole saws, pruners, and gasoline-powered equipment to keep work areas clear. Define staging areas, prepare and feed brush into woodchippers, and load/unload trucks with logs, stumps, and debris. Operate various trucks and equipment as assigned while performing basic maintenance and reporting major repairs. Tie knots, rope breaks, and speed lines according to industry standards. Safeguard employees and the public from hazards by flagging traffic and enforcing safe practices. Work long hours and overtime during emergencies. Requires a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), high school diploma, and experience in utility vegetation management or similar industries.
