Job Summary
Groundsperson performs ground-based vegetation management and clean-up on job sites, using handsaws, pole saws, pruners, loppers, and a gas-powered chain saw to clear brush and trees, load and unload debris, set up and break down road signs, flag traffic for safety, drive trucks or operate other equipment, perform basic maintenance on trucks/equipment, assist with storm work, and ensure safe work practices; must be able to work outdoors, endure variable weather, communicate effectively, and obtain/maintain first-aid certification and CPR; position is full-time with health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) benefits; driver’s license required and ability to travel for storm restoration when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
