Groundsperson

Conduct pruning, trimming, edging, and mulching of landscape areas. Rake leaves, collect debris from grounds and common areas, and clean breezeways including trash collection. Remove snow and spread salt during inclement weather. Assist with pool maintenance and light maintenance as directed by the supervisor. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Requires high school diploma or GED and strong customer service skills.
