Job Summary
Groundsman role within East Coast Facilities, Inc. on the Arbor Care Operations team. Responsibilities include supporting climbers and bucket operators, chipping debris, and managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic on job sites. Requires a minimum of a two-year apprenticeship in arbor care/tree trimming, plus a Broward County Tree Trimmer license. Tasks include operating equipment, driving company vehicles as directed, and adhering to safety and client-service standards. Must be able to work overtime, lift up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions, and maintain professional image. Compensation is determined by pay category with consideration for experience, licensing (CDL, Pesticide, Tree Trimming, ISA Arborist Certification, Lift Certification), and supervision needs. Required Qualifications
- minimum two-year apprenticeship in arbor care and tree trimming services
- valid Broward County Tree Trimmer license
- pass drug test
- pass criminal background check
- ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

- ability to work in extreme temperatures (0-95 F) and direct sunlight
- ability to work near traffic and water
- CDL/Pesticide license/Lifts/ISA Arborist Certification considered for pay
