Job Summary
Plant trees, shrubs, and other plants according to landscape plans and specifications; ensure proper fertilization and planting techniques; maintain clean work areas and equipment; load/unload plants and tools with attention to weight distribution; comply with PPE and safety protocols to prevent injuries; understand Blue Stake/811 colors to prevent underground utility damage; communicate effectively with team to complete projects on time; work outdoors in varied weather and be available any day of the week; no relocation required but candidates must be able to pass background checks per fair chance laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols
- Preference for landscaping, horticulture, or related experience
- Experience with tools (power and hand tools) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Availability to work any day of the week
