Groundsman - Level I

Groundsman - Level I responsible for ground operations around the plant, including cleanup, wash out, painting, and greasing equipment. Operates bobcats and other small equipment, assists with basic plant maintenance, and adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies. Must be able to perform physical tasks in all weather, work shifts with overtime and holiday hours, and contribute to a team environment. GED or high school diploma preferred; prior experience in construction or quarry settings is a plus; candidate should learn plant flow and equipment operation including conveyors and crushing equipment. Training and PPE use required, with respirator use and pass of fit tests.
