Job Summary
Groundskeeping Supervisor responsible for the campus-wide grounds maintenance, supervising grounds staff, and managing contract administration for the Grounds Department. Role includes budgeting and purchasing equipment, interviewing and coaching staff, conducting performance appraisals, ensuring safety standards and equipment training, and overseeing operations such as lawn, tree, garden, shrub, pond maintenance, parking area upkeep, exterior cleaning, snow/ice removal, and seasonal decorating. Also supports residents with gardening and collaborates with on-site facilities and dining services as part of a broader senior living campus. Requires 5+ years in grounds maintenance and 3+ years in supervision, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in grounds maintenance
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
