Groundskeeping Supervisor

Plan daily work, assign tasks, and inspect grounds to ensure lawns, landscapes, walkways, and entrances meet quality and safety standards. Supervise staff, operate and maintain landscape equipment, coordinate seasonal projects, and monitor irrigation and basic repairs. Enforce safety protocols, maintain inventory, and communicate with facility managers and clients. This role involves leading a crew responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces across client properties within the Facilities & Maintenance department.
