Maintain property buildings by clearing breezeways of trash and cobwebs, sweeping or blowing debris, and replacing light bulbs in common areas. Walk the property monthly, pressure wash structures, and prepare market-ready units by cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities. Keep the compactor area free from debris and ensure all spaces remain tidy.
