Job Summary
The Groundskeeper - Youth Sports Complex role involves maintaining sports fields and facilities for various events, ensuring safety and cleanliness while working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include operating mowers and other maintenance equipment, assisting with event setups, cleaning and stocking restrooms, managing vegetation, and collaborating with diverse teams. Entry-level candidates with minimal groundskeeping experience may apply, while those with prior related experience will be preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- One (1) year groundskeeping, parks, or athletic field maintenance experience (for experienced level)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (for experienced level)
- Possess a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of two (2) years with a good driving record (for experienced level)
