Job Summary
Maintain property curb appeal by cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways daily. Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal flower bed maintenance including raking, aerating, and fertilizing. Manage irrigation systems through monitoring, clock setting, and repairs while handling snow removal on-call. Oversee care, maintenance, and inventory of all groundskeeping supplies and equipment. Assist maintenance staff with building preventative maintenance, appliance moving, and inspections. Issue pet violation notices per policy. Operate landscape equipment safely and provide resident customer service in seasonal weather.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Groundskeeping/Landscaping – 6 months
- Ability to safely operate landscape equipment
- Ability to work in seasonal weather (heat and/or cold)
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process
- This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening

- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
