Job Summary
Read and carry out work orders for property upkeep, including cleaning schedules, exterior inspections, and trash removal. Perform groundskeeping functions, sidewalk cleaning, snow removal, and maintenance duties while applying chemicals and operating hand and power tools. Inventory supplies, record work performed, and report unusual circumstances or equipment issues to supervision. Maintain clean work areas in compliance with OSHA standards while wearing a required uniform. Work various shifts covering regular hours, weekends, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to read the English language sufficiently to understand written work orders and instructions
- Must be able to work various shifts when needed to cover during regular business hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must possess superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lift or move up to 20 pounds
- Close vision

- The ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience working in maintenance, custodial, or groundskeeping role in any industry preferred
