Job Summary
Inspect property grounds each morning, pick up trash, and maintain cleanliness in mail rooms, breezeways, and pool areas. Replace lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters; clean vacant apartments between residents; and assist with make-readies by caulking, checking appliances, and moving equipment. Perform light painting duties and support maintenance emergencies as needed. This role requires a high school diploma, some groundskeeping experience, and the ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb stairs. A valid driver's license may be required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
