Groundskeeper

Maintain all outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, parking lots, pools, and common grounds. Remove trash, debris, and clutter from exterior spaces, clean around dumpster enclosures, and dispose of loose items properly. Notify the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of areas needing attention or repair. Assist with seasonal property needs, including pressure washing or minor exterior upkeep, and operate and maintain grounds equipment in an organized and responsible manner. Exhibit a professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members.
