Job Summary
Sweep parking lots and walkways, remove debris, empty trash, and pressure wash to maintain community cleanliness. Mow lawns, trim edges, water plants, and repair sprinklers while completing resident service requests and unit make-readies. Operate equipment including leaf blowers, pressure washers, and safety gear. Utilize reasonable safety measures to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in snow and ice removal if applicable.
