Job Summary
Groundskeeper - Waste Water at Pilgrim's responsible for coordinating projects, preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment and utility systems (water, gas, electrical, telecommunications), training and mentoring new utility technicians, inspecting blueprints/manuals for installation and operation, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety, and escorting on-site contractors while identifying utility-related issues. Requires 2+ years of related industrial operations experience and broad mechanical and maintenance capabilities, with on-site and off-site training provided. Emphasis on safety compliance, energy-output monitoring, and collaborative work to achieve department and company goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related industrial operations experience
- Acquiring knowledge/ability in all plant operations including processes/equipment
- Exhibits mechanical ability
- Ability to learn/follow national/local standard operating procedures
- On-site training and off-site training will be provided for the equipment that is to be serviced
