Job Summary
Maintain outdoor areas and pool spaces through cleaning, irrigation system repairs, and preventative maintenance for both exterior and indoor zones. Execute basic fence repairs, grill upkeep, and carpet deep cleaning using professional-grade equipment. Support on-site events with setup, coordination, and cleanup while managing signage distribution and first-level troubleshooting for various systems. Work Monday through Friday with after-hours availability as requested, lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or sitting for extended periods. Access and retrieve information from electronic devices to manage daily tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to meet the needs of residents and visitors.
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
- Typical work schedule, Monday through Friday, and after hours as requested.
