Groundskeeper

Maintains grounds and common areas of the property to ensure curb appeal and a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include walking the property to remove trash, debris, and snow/ice when applicable; sweeping exterior areas and maintaining landscaping features; operating equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, and pruning tools; assisting maintenance staff with apartment prep and service requests; establishing good relations with residents, vendors, and coworkers; and performing duties as assigned by supervisors. Requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Focus on contributing to the property's positive image and upkeep of exterior spaces.
