Job Summary
Groundskeeper role responsible for maintaining landscaping and grounds for the UAMS Campus including healthcare, education, and research facilities. Under the Landscape Manager, perform grounds maintenance, assist with facility-related problems or emergencies, and ensure campus aesthetics and safety. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of landscaping experience, valid Arkansas driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Pre-employment screenings include TB and background checks. Strong teamwork and adherence to institutional policies are important.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of experience in Landscaping and/or schooling in the trade
- Valid AR Driver's license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record
- Basic computer experience required
- Pre-employment Screening Requirements: Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check
