Job Summary
Maintain and clean outdoor areas by removing debris, sweeping walkways, driveways, and parking lots, and managing trash removal. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized upkeep services and work with management to address specific groundskeeping needs. Implement environmental conservation practices including recycling and assist in the preventative maintenance program, pest control, and sanitizing common areas. Prioritize tasks with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow while adhering to seasonal demands. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have valid drivers license
- Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Adaptability to work in different settings as per seasonal demands
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
