Maintain community exterior and interior areas to ensure they remain fresh, clean, and appealing. Enhance curb appeal by performing preventative maintenance on amenities and operating power equipment like blowers and power washers. Respond to service needs and build rapport with residents while following detailed oral and written instructions. Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends or on-call rotations. Required Qualifications
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call
