Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for landscape upkeep and maintaining the property's exterior and interior presentation; must provide customer-service oriented support to residents, perform daily inspections, assist with trash outs, deliver notices, and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager while adhering to policies and safety procedures. Requires strong communication, independence, and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a moderate-noise environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
