Groundskeeper (Temporary )

Ensure safety of common areas and comply with Health and Safety requirements while maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds through pruning, raking, mowing, fertilizing, and weeding control. Move furniture, equipment, and materials, including clearing vacant suites and delivering supplies to properties. Perform snow removal and ice control from entrances, exits, and walkways as required. Maintain clean vacant lots free of debris, keep tools and company vehicles in order, and assist with suite renovations. Deliver notices to residents and post updates in common areas. Maintain good resident relations and assist with preventative maintenance programs. Work weekends if necessary in Yellowknife, NT.
