Job Summary
Temporary Groundskeeper for residential properties. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds (pruning, raking, mowing, fertilizing, weeding), ensuring safety in common areas, moving and delivering materials, snow removal and ice control, posting notices, maintaining vacant lots and equipment, assisting with suite renovations, and providing resident services. Requires outdoor manual labor, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and English communication; experience with Bobcat equipment is an asset; weekend work may be required. Works with a maintenance team in St. John's, NL.
