Job Summary
The Groundskeeper assists the Supervisor of Grounds in maintaining TANDEM LIVING grounds, including trimming trees and shrubs, maintaining flower beds, and mowing grass. Responsibilities include safely applying pesticides, implementing snow and ice procedures, and assisting with equipment maintenance. A valid PA driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience are required. One to two years of groundskeeping or nursery work experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience working as a groundskeeper or nursery worker preferred but not required

- Pesticide license (must be obtained within one year)
