Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, planting flowers, trimming shrubs, weed control, mulch application, irrigation inspection/repairs, debris removal, and seasonal snow removal as applicable; may include pool maintenance by testing chemicals. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of groundskeeping knowledge; must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures, respond to business needs after hours, and work on-call; valid driver’s license and ability to operate hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery; strong attention to safety and customer service.
