Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal duties. Tasks include mowing lawns, weeding, planting flowers, inspecting and maintaining irrigation, trimming shrubs and trees, spreading mulch, and keeping common areas clean and presentable to meet curb appeal standards. Will support resident experience with courteous customer service, operate and maintain community equipment, and perform safety-compliant outdoor work with occasional pool maintenance as applicable. Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures, be on-call, and collaborate with a team or work independently as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months in demonstrated knowledge and experience in general grounds maintenance techniques (Required)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
- Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours
- Ability to work an on-call schedule
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
