Job Summary
Maintain all lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, and plants while overseeing parking area upkeep and exterior sign installations. Repair pathways, manage irrigation systems, and maintain green roofs and courtyard furniture. Clean exterior windows and doors, remove exterior trash from courtyards and health center areas, and replace parking deck lights with plant ops. Assist residents with patio gardening and weeding, operate and maintain all associated machinery, and support the Maintenance team on projects as time allows. Perform restriping of parking areas and ensure dependability per attendance policy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Level II background check
- Ability to walk, stand, push, stoop, bend, stretch, and lift heavy loads
- Ability to apply chemicals to the landscape
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience in grounds maintenance
