Job Summary
Seasonal Groundskeeper at Roberts Resorts & Communities responsible for maintaining grounds and facilities, including landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs. Tasks include lawn mowing, weed removal, brush clearing, changing light bulbs, addressing plumbing leaks, completing work orders, and ensuring safety per OSHA standards. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with prior maintenance experience preferred; must be able to work independently and flexibly, including weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred
- Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and OSHA standards preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary
