Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal and daily exterior upkeep. Duties include completing a daily checklist, maintaining exterior lighting, picking up trash and cigarette butts, straightening pool furniture, monitoring grills and signage, emptying exterior trash, applying touch-ups to exterior paint, and overseeing irrigation, tree/shrub/flower health, breezeways, sidewalks, and flags. Requires customer-service orientation to engage residents positively and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Overtime and on-call duties may be scheduled.
