Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the property’s curb appeal and overall exterior presentation for Sealy Management Company’s High Country Apartments. Responsibilities include completing a daily checklist, maintaining exterior mats and lighting, trash pickup, arranging pool furniture, monitoring exterior signage and grills, cleaning exterior trash cans, applying paint touch-ups, and maintaining landscape elements such as trees, shrubs, and flowers, breezeways and sidewalks, irrigation and water systems, and overall property condition to ensure a positive resident experience. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and regular on-call and overtime as needed.
