Maintain the overall curb appeal of the property by completing a daily checklist, maintaining exterior mats, and straightening pool furniture. Monitor exterior lighting, grills, bootleg signage, flags, poles, water, irrigation, and tree/shrub/flower conditions while emptying trash cans and picking up litter. Clean grills daily, touch up paint on exterior items, and ensure breezeways and sidewalks are in good condition. Wear a safety back belt at all times. Overtime and on-call duties are necessary on a planned schedule, with pay dependent on experience.
