Job Summary
Maintain property cleanliness by mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, watering plants, and removing trash from sidewalks and parking lots. Perform minor repairs on fences, gates, and grounds equipment like mowers and chainsaws while complying with safety rules and using personal protective equipment. Respond to trouble calls to clean spills and advise customers on plant selection or care. Work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00am to 3:30pm at $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. Requires a high school diploma and six months of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completed all safety and task training certifications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
