Groundskeeper

Maintain estate landscape safety, cleanliness, and beauty by mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges using power equipment. Operate and perform regular maintenance on grounds maintenance equipment such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, line trimmers, mowers, tractors, UTVs, ATVs, trucks, or pruning saws. Water and irrigate lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems while adjusting water consumption to prevent waste. Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch, fertilizer, compost, and other amendments. Gather, remove, and dispose of green-waste and/or trash materials. Respond to "trouble calls" and assist house crew preparing amenities including boat preparation and setting kayaks, paddleboards, and ATVs. Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures including use of personal protective equipment.
