Groundskeeper - Rocket Pointe

Maintain a well-kept and manicured curb appeal and handle trash and debris pick-up in common areas, parking lots, and public spaces. Perform light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move-ins, assist office staff with posting notices on resident doors, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Commit to safety and compliance expectations while lifting 25 pounds and operating light equipment. Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Experience in landscaping, grounds, facilities, or janitorial work is required.
