Groundskeeper-Regal Parc

Groundskeeper role at Greystar’s Regal Parc community responsible for maintaining grounds, amenities, curb appeal, and supporting the service team. Responsibilities include inspecting the community for litter and debris, removing trash from vacant apartments during turnover, assisting with make-ready processes, changing locks and maintaining pool-area safety, distributing notices, reporting hazards, and delivering courteous resident service. Role requires compliance with safety policies (OSHA-related) and ability to work outdoors in all weather, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional travel for training or other properties.
