Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining Prospect Lake Wire’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal to attract residents. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds daily, removing trash and debris, handling trash compactor, cleaning vacant apartments, pressure washing breezeways and common areas, maintaining safe walkways, completing minor service tickets, and providing professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and current CPO certification (or agree to obtain within 3 months); legal authorization to work in the United States; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends; equal opportunity employer.
