Job Summary
Inspect grounds daily to remove trash, debris, and pet waste, then run the trash compactor and clear vacant apartments. Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, and perform hazard-removal tasks on sidewalks during inclement weather. Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets while demonstrating professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. A valid driver's license and ability to multitask are required for this role with flexible weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
