Job Summary
Groundskeeper at RAM Partners, Midland Falls, responsible for maintaining grounds, amenities, and curb appeal; inspect grounds daily, remove trash/debris/pet waste, operate trash compactor, remove items from vacant apartments, pressure wash breezeways and common areas, keep sidewalks/building access safe during inclement weather, complete assigned service tickets, and provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to safety policies and procedures; requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule including weekends; equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
