Job Summary
Groundskeeper needed to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal for RAM Partners’ multi-family communities. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds daily, removing trash, debris, and pet waste; operating the trash compactor; removing items from vacant apartments; pressure washing breezeways and common areas; keeping sidewalks and building access safe in inclement weather; completing assigned minor and routine service tickets; delivering professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors; and adhering to safety policies. Must be willing to work Tuesday–Saturday and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work Tuesday- Saturday
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
