Job Summary
Inspect grounds daily to remove trash, debris, and pet waste while running the trash compactor and pressure washing breezeways and common areas. Clear vacant apartments of trash and remaining items, and perform maintenance tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards during inclement weather. Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested, demonstrating professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
