Job Summary
Groundskeeper responsible for inspecting grounds, removing trash, debris, and pet waste; operating trash compactor; cleaning vacant apartments; pressure washing breezeways and common areas; maintaining sidewalks and building access in inclement weather; completing routine service tickets; delivering professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors; adhering to safety policies; and supporting the property’s curb appeal and overall grounds maintenance to attract new residents.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Current Certification in CPO or agree to become certified within 3 months of employment
